Of course, anything related to the management of your law firm is “fair game,” and we would be pleased to discuss a solution specific to your needs.

HOW A LAW PRACTICE AUDIT (USUALLY) WORKS

Our audit would begin with a brief assessment of your practice, which would include a phone call discussing the law you practice, your current practice setup, and what technology you are presently using.  After we chat, and if you are still interested, we would go to your home or office and speak in person with you about how you practice, from client intake to the close of file, and the processes you use.  If you have staff, we would speak with the staff briefly.  We would then discuss budgeting on marketing, technology and, if applicable, staff.  Depending on your needs and goals, we would then prepare a written report including recommendations, alternatives and estimated pricing for same.

HOW EVERYTHING ELSE (USUALLY) WORKS

Call us or email us.  Some of your law practice management questions can be answered with a phone call.  Other times they will be answered by an office visit.  Perhaps you just want a “CEO” to handle the office issues a few hours per month so you can continue making money for the firm.  Call and we will be happy to discuss what makes the most sense for you.
